Ok, here's what we know so far...

Joseph Simon b. bet. Nov 1818-1823 in Washington County, Ohio; d. January 12, 1876 in High Rock, Daviess County, Indiana.  

Warren M. Simon and Maggie E. Armes were married in Ripley County, Missouri in 1888, Alex Camp & Annie Simon were in Ripley County in 1880, so we know the Simon's arrived in Missouri between 1880 and 1888.

I've been doing some research on the Hosea Simons family that were in Washington County, Ohio on the 1850 Census counted only 9 families away from Joseph Simon.  I have a feeling he is Joseph's father, could also be his brother.  Hosea Simons moved (aft. 1860) to Page County, Iowa after raising his family in Ohio and he died there in 1867.

I found a marriage record for Joseph Simon.   Elizabeth's maiden name was Addis, and they married November 19, 1846, in Washington County, Ohio.  Elizabeth's parents where Thomas & Rebecca Addis.  The Addis's came from Fayette County, Pennsylvania
